Two Routes to Access

1) Official Supplier (tendered sole supply)

For series-wide deployment. Appointment is via Invitation to Tender (ITT) and a sole-supply contract. Deliverables, service levels and association rights are defined in the contract and Series Tendering Instructions.

2) Direct Technology Licensing

For manufacturers, Tier-1s, and mobility programmes seeking specific IP from our foundational patents (e.g., Swappable EV Battery with wireless bi-directional charge, Self-Healing Battery, Regenerative Adaptive Suspension, Remote Battery Management & Safety System (RBMSS), Remote Battery Storage Facility (RBSF), PV/Solar-Thermal Charge & Management).

 

What you receive (typical):

• Documentation pack

  • Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for swap docking, wireless power couplers, RESS pack mechanical/electrical interfaces, HV interlocks, safety signalling.

  • RBMSS/RBSF operational SOPs, station layout & safety perimeters, and PV/solar-thermal integration guides.

  • Calibration baselines, test plans (including swap-cycle endurance and thermal budgets), and validation reports.

• Software artifacts

  • Version-locked BMS firmware (incl. self-healing diagnostics/estimation), inverter/VCU control maps, regenerative suspension ECU strategies.

  • RBMSS cloud/edge services & APIs, telemetry/ADR schemas, SBOM (SPDX/CycloneDX), release hashes, rollback guides.

• Integration assets

  • HIL/dyno procedures for swap events and wireless charge/discharge, reference harnessing & data schemas, diagnostics and health reporting, commissioning checklists.

  • RBSF deployment templates (power, thermal, fire, quarantine flows) and PV/solar-thermal controller set-up.

• Compliance kit

  • Homologation and HV-safety evidence (isolation, interlock logic, emergency shut-down), UN 38.3/transport packs (where applicable), cybersecurity controls, traceability templates, change-control workflows.

• Enablement

  • Onboarding workshops (HV & e-safety, swap operations, RBMSS console, suspension set-up), role-based training, and optional trackside/field support.

 

Eligibility & Compliance (all licensees)

• Approved partner status and due-diligence clearance.

• Adoption of standardised Series interfaces and change-control.

• Data security & cybersecurity practices aligned to our requirements.

• Sustainability commitments (lifecycle, recycling/EoL, materials reporting).

• Branding and association rights only as expressly granted.

How to License (step-by-step)

1. Enquiry — contact our licensing team with your use-case and timelines.

2. NDA — mutual confidentiality to enable technical dialogue.

3. Requirements Brief — define scope (domains, volumes, timelines, territories/field-of-use).

4. Technical Due Diligence — compatibility review (ICD, interfaces, safety & cybersecurity posture).

5. Commercial Framework — structure fees (e.g., licence + maintenance/support + optional per-unit), define milestones, updates, SLAs.

6. Agreement — execute the licensing agreement (with governance, change-control, audit, export controls, and IP protections).

7. Onboarding — deliver documentation pack, training, and integration plan.

8. Implementation Support — scheduled check-ins, validation sign-off, and homologation/compliance assistance where applicable.

9. Operate & Update — receive Technical Bulletins, security advisories, and approved releases via our change-control process.

 

Commercial Notes

• Scope: territory, field-of-use, and exclusivity (if any) are specified per deal.

• Updates: access to approved updates/patches; emergency safety/cybersecurity updates are prioritised.

• Audit & Assurance: periodic compliance reviews (documentation, security, sustainability).

• Sub-licensing/transfer: prohibited without prior written consent.
