Per-person rates

• Per-car roles (Race Engineer, HV Tech, Pit Crew Chief): £1,450 each

• Additional staff (optional): £750 each

Bundled caps

• One-car team (10 required seats) → cap £18,000

  • (7 core × £1,950 = £13,650) + (3 per-car × £1,450 = £4,350) = £18,000

• Two-car team (13 required seats) → cap £24,000

  • (7 core = £13,650) + (6 per-car = £8,700) = £22,350 (capped at £24,000 if more people added)

Retests & updates

• 1st re-test: £350 per person

• 2nd re-test (after remedial): £1,000 per person

• New tech-gen refresh (HV & regs): £250 per person (waived if the candidate holds a recognised FIA HV/e-safety certificate <12 months old)
